Follow this guide to build and manage HACCP workflows.
1. Start a New HACCP Workflow
Workflows → Create Workflow → HACCP
Choose HACCP as your workflow type.
Select the site that this workflow belongs to.
2. Select Your HACCP workflows
After choosing the site:
You’ll see a list of HACCP workflow templates available to your company.
Tick the workflows you want to include (e.g. Cooking Checks, Delivery Checks).
Important:
If a HACCP workflow has been turned off in Company Settings, it will not appear here and cannot be assigned.
To enable/disable HACCP templates:
Settings → HACCP Templates
3. Schedule the Workflow
Schedule it:
Scheduled: set a frequency (daily, weekly, or a specific time). The workflow will appear in the team’s daily tasks automatically.
Note, you can mix scheduled and ad-hoc HACCP workflows across different sites.
4. Save and Publish
Your team will see:
The scheduled workflows in their task list at the set times.
Adhoc HACCP workflows are still available to launch at any time from the mobile app.
