How to Edit a HACCP Workflows (part 2)

HACCP workflows can be updated at any time. Edits must be made on desktop by a Company Admin or Site Admin. 

1. Go to Manage Workflows

1. Log in to Telsen Desktop

2. Navigate to Workflows in the left-hand menu

3. Select Manage Workflows

This will display all existing Custom and HACCP workflows.

2. Open the HACCP Workflow You Want to Edit

1. Find the HACCP workflow in the list

2. Click the three dots (⋮) on the right-hand side

3. Select Edit

This opens the workflow builder where you can update the content.

3. Edit Workflow Content

Inside the builder, you can make your changes as required. 

4. Publish Your Changes

Once you’re happy with the updates:

• Click Publish to make the new version live

• Or Save as Draft if you want to finish later

Changes take effect immediately for all users assigned to the workflow.
